Biography

Mohammad Zuhair Al-Abbadi is a practicing lawyer and a member of the Jordan Bar Association since 2013, licensed to represent clients before Jordanian regular courts and judicial bodies. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Applied Science University and a Master’s degree in Public Law from the World Islamic Sciences and Education University, graduating with distinction in both degrees. His professional expertise includes commercial and international arbitration, intellectual property, insolvency law, and tax law. He also participated in the committee responsible for drafting the Real Property Law project. From 2022 to 2025, he served as a member of the Legislation Committee at the Jordan Bar Association. He currently serves as Assistant Secretary-General for Legal Affairs and a member of the Legal Committee at the Irada Party, in addition to his role as Director of Studies and Research at the Tawasul Center for Research and Strategic Studies. He is the author of “Procedures for Accepting Insolvency Applications under Jordanian Insolvency Law No. 21 of 2018” and “Electronic Contracts and Their Legitimacy under Jordanian Law.” He is also a lecturer and trainer in Jordanian insolvency law and has published numerous legal studies and research papers in specialized journals. He is fluent in Arabic and English.
